Emma Chamberlain Appointed Vice Chair of Venues of Excellence Advisory Group

Imago Venues celebrates a leadership milestone as its Commercial Director takes on a key role within the UK’s leading consortium of independent venues.

Imago Venues is delighted to announce that Emma Chamberlain, our Commercial Director, has been appointed Vice Chair of the Venues of Excellence Advisory Group.

With over 23 years’ experience at Imago Venues – including the last three in her current leadership role – Emma brings unparalleled expertise in the meetings, events, and hospitality sector. Her appointment reflects her long-standing commitment to the industry and to driving innovation across the UK venue landscape.

Imago Venues has proudly been a member of Venues of Excellence for over 30 years, underlining our dedication to exceptional quality and collaborative growth within the consortium. Emma’s new role as Vice Chair further reinforces this commitment.

Commenting on her role, Emma said:

On her appointment, Stewart commented: “The Advisory Group were unanimous in their support of Emma taking on this new role. Emma has been an active and valued member of the Advisory Group since 2022, and Mandy, the VOE team, and I are so pleased to have the chance to work even more closely with her. Her insight, energy, and commitment will be a huge asset to us all as we continue to drive forward the exciting growth and development of our Venues of Excellence consortium.”

The appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Venues of Excellence, following a year of bold developments, including the launch of its refreshed brand and two innovative services – VX Find and VX Deliver – designed to offer enhanced support for conference and event planners.
