What this means for me
We are rolling out training across the teams:
- w/c 6th February - individuals will be given access to the Mews University, where you will follow a pathway designed for your role. Mews will be replacing our current KX residential package.
- 14th February – we will be running a drop in session at each of the venues for you to run through any queries.
- 22nd/23rd & 24th February – we will be rolling our training on our new Events Package, Rendezvous (RDZ) between 10am and 2pm daily for everyone to learn how to check availability and pull reports.
We are busy loading all of our current events and reservations onto these new systems over the next few weeks, but we are available for any queries or questions.
