Made up from passionate people from right across the business, our task force is leading the way in finding the small changes that add up to big differences.
Meeting on a monthly basis, the team shares ideas and discusses ways in which we can make small changes that have a big impact. They have the autonomy to make decisions on behalf of the company where there is a small cost or easy win. No questions asked, they just do it. For larger projects with significant expense, they make proposals to the senior leadership team who then discuss how we can go about implementing the change.
The group has been meeting for a year now and every change that has been made is a step in the right direction towards making us more sustainable and protecting our world more.
