The way our customers interact with us has changed. Online technology has opened the door to smarter booking solutions, greater automation, instant access, and personalisation.

Our current venue management system is slow to develop, falls behind industry trends, and no longer provides a fit-for-purpose solution. Poor integration with other systems leads to costly inefficiencies across the business and hampers our ability to react quickly and effectively to changing market needs. To recover from (and build on) pre-pandemic business levels, we need a much more agile IT solution that will enable us to better harness new sales growth, enhance the guest experience, improve profitability and operational efficiency.

We have begun the tender process and aim to have full implementation of Phase One by April 2022.
