Once you have clicked the registration and accommodation link, please follow the guidance below to help with the registration process.
- Click the ‘Buy Tickets’ button on the right hand side of the registration page
- Select the number of tickets you require for the event using the drop down box from the relevant categories ensuring you have selected the category that applies to you. Please note if you are booking on behalf of multiple people you can select more than one and you can list individuals details within one of the next stages. If you are booking only for yourself, please only select one.
- Click the ‘Next’ button.
- If you are bringing a guest / spouse with you and you would like them to attend the Gala Dinner on the evening of 16th March 2023 please select the additional number of guests you will be bringing with you. You will already be included for the Gala Dinner within you main ticket price, so please don’t select if only booking for yourself.
- If you require additional pages to be added to your Conference Paper, please select number of pages from the drop down. Please note there is only a maximum of two pages that can be added per paper.
- Click the ‘Next’ Button
- Please complete all mandatory fields as well as any fields that may be applicable to you. If you do have any Dietary or Accessibility requirements, please make sure these are listed clearly within the appropriate fields. We cannot guarantee that all requests can be met, how we endeavour accommodate as many as possible. Dietary Requirements is to be used for allergens only and not food preferences.
- Accommodation can be selected at this stage, if you wish to book the onsite accommodation option (Burleigh Court) This will need paying on arrival to the hotel and payment for this will not be taken during the registration process.
- Click the ‘Next’ Button
- Complete payment details and select ‘Pay’ to complete your registration
Joining Instructions will be sent out for the conference no later than 1 week prior to the conference date. This will include further details on the event including registration locations, schedules and how to find us.
