The Link Hotel

The Charter Suite is our main function room and banqueting suite at The Link Hotel. When fully open as one main room, it is a really flexible space and a blank canvas for all sorts of events and layouts. The space can also be broken down into four separate rooms, or any combination of the four, which gives organisers plenty of options to host different elements of their event. Each section benefits from its own natural daylight source from the double door exits – which are also really convenient for loading in equipment for exhibitions, trade shows, assessment centres, wedding fairs, blood donor sessions etc. Each section of the room is fully air-conditioned and has ground floor, flat access, making it a great space when loading equipment, or accessibility, are key concerns.

For meetings happening in these spaces, we have portable AV projectors and TVs in-house to cater for all your presentation needs, however, for larger or more complicated setups, we will bring in additional equipment as needed. It’s such a flexible space that it can be used for almost anything, but one of the biggest usages is for weddings and Christmas parties.
